The Leisure Store Inc. does not manufacture the products that we distribute. The customer is responsible for determining whether any of the kits are governed by local by-law, building codes or require permits. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product will meet local climate, any applicable local building code and by-law requirements and for installing the kit.

The information that we provide regarding the products or their assembly is provided to us and/or approved by the manufacturer.

For these reasons in making a purchase from us you agree to hold The Leisure Store Inc. and the manufacturer harmless for any liability for consequential or other damage including but not limited to personal injury, including death, damage, loss, or any other expenses directly or indirectly arising out of violation of local building codes, by-laws, improper installation of the kits, use of the products, or due to the inability to use the products that we offer either separately or in combination with any other products.

We provide you with the service of assisting with warranty claims under the condition that you agree to hold us harmless in a similar manner to that indicated above. We assume no responsibility for warranties expressed or implied, whether in writing or oral, including but not limited to warranties for fitness of use, or merchantability for a purpose expressly excluded.
