Relax in your spa located inside one of our sunrooms. A sunroom, patio enclosure or patio room will also enhance the value of your property. Our sunrooms provide custom designed additional living space embedded with natural light, attached to and accessible from your home. We offer insulated walls from R8 to R12 and insulated roofs from R12 to R24. The walls of your sunroom can be almost completely glass or you may decide on a lesser amount if that suits your needs better. If you would like to increase the light further then consider adding fixed skylights to your sunroom or our acrylic instead of insulated roof. If you are in a southern climate operating skylights (available with an insulated roof only) will add even more ventilation. Our sunrooms can be used as a family room, recreation room or spa room. Any way you use it, your sunroom can be a gathering place for your family and will add to the enjoyment of your home and allow you to further enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the outdoors while still having the comforts of your home. Or you can choose our sunroom (Model 100) version now with the option to retrofit it with our track vertical vinyl windows (Model 200) at a later date and turn it into a sunroom.

Model 100 Sunroom, Patio Enclosure (click for pictures) This sunroom is virtually maintenance free. The modular 2" insulated wall sections are supported by heavy gauge wall channels with baked additional cost and heavy duty fibreglass mesh screening. Your sunroom is topped with an insulated or acrylic roof that seals the room very well and provides superior load bearing capability. To finish off the sunroom, integrated gutters and downspouts are provided with the roof. The sunroom must be installed on a deck or pad that meets your local building codes. Model 200 Sunroom, Patio Enclosure (click for pictures) This sunroom, patio room is virtually maintenance free. The modular 2" insulated wall sections are supported by heavy gauge wall channels with baked on finish to eliminate peeling, cracking or fading. The sunroom comes with a standard 20" knee-wall (choose lower heights at no additional cost), four track vertical slider screened soft vinyl (with "memory") wall, (aluminium framed windows and no additional cost) and heavy duty fibreglass mesh screening. (Light, medium or dark tinting is available at no additional cost). A six foot single pane, screened glass patio door is standard (other widths are available). Your sunroom, patio room is topped with an insulated or acrylic roof that seals the room very well and provides superior load bearing capability. The sunroom comes with a standard 24" knee-wall, two section horizontal slider double-glazed Low-E Argon filled thermal pane PVC framed screened windows with brass rollers and vinyl inserts for smooth operation and heavy duty fibreglass mesh screening. A six foot screened thermal pane glass patio door is standard (other widths are available). Your sunroom, patio room is topped with a thicker roof that seals the room very well, has higher insulation value and provides superior load bearing capability. To finish off the sunroom, integrated gutters and downspouts are provided with the roof. The wall channels and roof receiver channel have a thermal beak to inhibit cold penetration.
